Dedicated to a pot of curry which started life as a Beef Vindaloo back in June 2006. Never emptied, its character and flavour ever changing, it evolves day by day.....
This was the first meal from the pot after two nights of simmering on the stove. It was quite tangy with stong overtones of tamarind and cinnamon. The high acid really did its job and the beef simply melted in the mouth!!
