Dedicated to a pot of curry which started life as a Beef Vindaloo back in June 2006. Never emptied, its character and flavour ever changing, it evolves day by day.....
Ok so it's not curry but deserves a post anyway. The curry is yummy and well but not getting eaten much in our summer weather. The neighbour's fig tree however is just loaded to we picked, and picked, and picked.... 11Kg of chopped figs, 1/2 litre of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 500g of ginger and 6kg of sugar later and we now have enough fig jam to last the next 5 years! Anyone want some? ...CPA ;-)

How 'bout adding some fig 'n' ginger jam to the curry? It's got everything else in it!
