Dedicated to a pot of curry which started life as a Beef Vindaloo back in June 2006. Never emptied, its character and flavour ever changing, it evolves day by day.....
No excuses for tonight's post. This pot needed topping up and so I scoured the cupboards and the refrigerator for anything that I could literally throw in. So, no photos of lovely fresh ingredients tonight.
After many hours simmering, a bit of this and a lot of that I am happy to proclaim we have an edible curry again. It smells so good now. I am sure it will taste stunning in the morning.
Now I have to say you're not doing much to entice one to want to taste your creation....I know it'll be delicious, but reading the above, hmmmmm, I'm not sure anyone else will!
