Well it has been nearly 6 weeks since the pot was topped up and we were down to the last third so its time to re-pot and re-flavour.Merging Madras into the original Vindaloo base so with the pumpkin it should take on a new sweeter character.The quality of the ingredients is a little down for my liking with the thawed chicken. I hope it fares better than the thawed beef did a while back.I will let you all know how it goes after a good long simmer, a couple-a-days ought do it! :-) CPA
