Dedicated to a pot of curry which started life as a Beef Vindaloo back in June 2006. Never emptied, its character and flavour ever changing, it evolves day by day.....
Well as you can see from the photos of the last post I used some beef that had been frozen for a bit too long. The result was noticed lack of flavour(actually, cardboard comes to mind!).
This week's post as you can see has fresh beef again so I am looking forward to the next meal!!!

And I can attest to the vast improvement in flavour, and in the meat too.
It was still lovely, but just not quite of the standard of previous bowls...
