Yes it has been a while and even though it's been 7 weeks since the last post the curry is going from strength to strength .
It is quite dark now and very, very rich in flavour with most of the beef being consumed into the base.
Going back to chicken again for a bit of a beef respite and may even play around with a few more flavour ideas.
I'll let you know how it goes!

Well it simmered and steamed and gurgled and bubled all through the night, about 8 hours in all. It's now looking good enough to eat even! ;-) ... cpa
And the verdict is YUM! Only 6 months away from its first birthday. Already planning a Curry Pot Party!! ...cpa :-)
