Dedicated to a pot of curry which started life as a Beef Vindaloo back in June 2006. Never emptied, its character and flavour ever changing, it evolves day by day.....
Well, the posts had slowed a bit but that's due to a warm summer and a decided seasonal change in tastes. Now that the weather is cooling down that pot's becoming more enticing again.
So how did we keep the pot alive? Simmered for a few hours every couple of weeks and back into the refrigerator again.... ;-) CPA
